The latest Special Lorecast has outlined the future of the Disney Lorcana TCG through early 2027. The primary update is the integration of Disney Lorcana Pixar characters into the game, starting with the ninth set.

Wilds of the Unknown will feature two “Iconic” cards: Merida and Buzz Lightyear. Collectors can also look for the new “Lore Nouveau” Enchanted cards, which use a distinct artistic style compared to previous sets.
The $39.99 Prerelease Box remains the standard entry point for early play, offering 12 different “Traveler” promo cards across the release cycle to encourage collection.
